RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your purchase is protected at Sentimental Love Jewelry.  We stand behind every item with a NO HASSLE 30-DAY return policy.  If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll give you a full refund.  Please contact us at support@sentimentallovejewelry.com for instructions on how to return your item to us. 

The shipping fee for returns is not covered by Sentimental Love Jewelry and must be paid by the customer.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Unworn and in the original condition as when it was shipped to you within 30 days of the date you received the item.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Items that have been damaged or not returned in the original condition.  Any item received over 30 days ago.
